Questions about booking

How can I book a room?
Our rooms can be booked online, by email or phone.
Available rooms can be found on our website and on booking portals such as Booking.com, AirBnB or Expedia.
Can I book a room for a longer period of time?
If you would like to stay longer than 10 days in one of our rooms, please contact us by email.
How can I pay?
You can pay by credit card and instant transfer.
What happens after booking?
Immediately after booking, you will receive a booking confirmation by email (please also check your SPAM folder).
Two days before arrival, complete the online check-in (you will receive a reminder with link by email and SMS). After completing the online check-in, you will receive the PIN codes for the house and room door as well as the WiFi password by SMS and email one day before arrival at 5:00 PM.
You have not received a booking confirmation?
In this case, please also check the SPAM folder of your email inbox.
If the booking confirmation is not there either, please contact us by email.
Are dogs allowed to stay overnight?
Dogs are very welcome at our hotel.
With prior registration, you are welcome to bring your four-legged friend. For the stay, we charge a one-time fee of € 10.00 per dog, which can be conveniently paid directly when booking.
A maximum of 2 small dogs are allowed per room.
If the room or bed is unexpectedly very dirty or full of dog hair, we charge an extra cleaning fee of € 50.00.
Are there also baby beds and high chairs?
For our little guests:
Upon request, we are happy to provide a baby bed for a one-time fee of € 10.00 – subject to availability.
There are also high chairs in our breakfast room.

Questions on the day of arrival

When can I move into my room?
Your room can be opened with the PIN code sent to you from 3 PM.
An early check-in is unfortunately not possible due to automation.
Are parking spaces available?
Limited free parking spaces are available directly in front of the accommodation.
These cannot be reserved. Free parking is also possible on the street.
How does the check-in work?
The day before arrival at 5:00 PM, you will receive the PIN codes for the entrance door and room via email and SMS. These are valid from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Questions during your stay

How are the rooms equipped?
All rooms have the following amenities:
Free WiFi, Private bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin, hair dryer), Flat-screen TV, Desk
Can I have mail or parcels sent to the accommodation?
Since our reception is not continuously staffed, this is unfortunately not possible.
Are there accessible rooms?
No, our rooms are located on the raised ground floor up to the 3rd floor and can only be reached by stairs.
Am I allowed to smoke in the room?
No. Smoking is prohibited throughout the accommodation.
In case of violation, we charge a cleaning fee of € 200.00
Will my room be cleaned?
Our rooms are cleaned after each check-out and once a week for longer stays.

Questions on the day of departure

When do I have to leave the room?
You must leave your room by 11:00 AM.
A later check-out is possible upon request for a fee (subject to availability).
